The first day of our Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain package, we will adventure on a captivating journey through the heart of the Sacred Valley. The route will take us from Cusco to the mystical sites of Pisac, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, and finally to Aguas Calientes.
Pisac.
We will begin with a scenic drive from Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire, to the picturesque town of Pisac. In Pisac, we will explore its famous market, where local artisans display vibrant textiles and handcrafted goods. Then we will ascend to the Pisac ruins, offering a spectacular view of the valley below.
Lunch.
Next, we will stop in Urubamba, a charming town nestled in the Andes. In this town we will savor a delightful lunch featuring traditional Peruvian cuisine. It will give us a glimpse into the local culinary culture.
Ollantaytambo.
Our adventure will continue to Ollantaytambo, an ancient Incan fortress with impressive terraces carved into the hillside. Train to Aguas Calientes.

Tour in Machu Picchu.
We will start our day early in Aguas Calientes. A short bus ride will bring us to the gates of Machu Picchu, where we will witness the sunrise over this world-renowned archaeological site. The sight of the sun illuminating the ancient stones is a moment that will be cherished forever.
We will spend the morning touring Machu Picchu. Our guide will lead us through the main areas of the site, including the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana stone, and the Room of the Three Windows. You will learn about the history and significance of each structure, gaining insights into the Incan civilization.
Maybe choose to climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain for panoramic views of the site and the surrounding mountains.

We will drive from Cusco to the trailhead. This journey itself is a visual treat, as we pass through traditional villages and witness the daily life of the Andean communities.

Client Cancellation:
To cancel, send a written notice to “69 Explorer.” The initial deposit is not refundable. Check your insurance for potential coverage for cancellation reasons.
Cancellations more than 15 days before departure result in a 50% deposit forfeiture. For cancellations between 7 and 15 days before departure, if full payment has been made, 50% of the total cost will be refunded. No refunds are given for cancellations less than 48 hours before departure or for partial tour cancellations.
Alterations/Cancellations by Us:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, adverse weather, strikes, government actions, or civil disturbances, “69 Explorer” will try to provide alternative arrangements or equivalent trips, without offering refunds. Itinerary adjustments may be necessary, but we will aim to maintain the agreed services.
Significant changes will be communicated before your trip, with comparable alternative plans offered. Any additional costs from these changes are the client’s responsibility. We cannot compensate for expenses like international flights, visas, vaccinations, etc.
If “69 Explorer” cancels a tour, a full refund will be provided.
